Alright, I don't want to be anal about this sort of thing - but honestly I must protect myself and my work. So the following are the terms and agreements you [USER] must follow when using any source code, file, or other copyrighted material from this site.

All content herein may not be reproduced, utilized, or taken in any way unless specifically marked. Some items, such as files located in the Downloads Section and Source Code areas are implied to be taken. Files taken under such rights may not be sold, reproduced, or otherwise distributed without the explicit written consent of the author or respective owner. If you have any questions regarding any of the implied or explicit terms of this agreement then do not download or access any files. Instead e-mail me at DragonPhinn@apok.org so we can ensure no breaches in contract exist.
In return for following these agreements, the owner of this site agrees to maintain the Free use of the code posted until the point that the code is no longer hosted or accessable through this site. At this point, full copyright protection is instated for any such software or material.

I'm not a lawyer, and I suppose there may be loopholes in this contract. But please, from one Delphi Developer to another, don't steal my work. You have no idea how long and hard I've worked to get this stuff written, and I was nice enough to post it for you guys to learn and use. Just keep that in mind.
